  I’ve lived in Crawley for a long time and 10-15 years ago, this Papa Johns was actually great. Unfortunately, it has gone completely downhill - whether it’s a change in management or a lack of care, the quality is now absolute crap. The pizzas are consistently overcooked and always lack tomato sauce, so you end up eating dry bread and cheese. To make matters worse, the customer service is appalling. One order a while ago we waited over an hour for a delivery; when we called to check on it, we were told it was "on its way," and when we followed up again, the staff actually started mocking us on the phone. It’s a shame because other branches in different cities still produce good food, but the Crawley branch is consistently awful. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. They either need a total management overhaul or to close down.

  The food wasn’t sealed can’t take any risks and they sent the food again no delays and piping hot can’t complain always use Gossops green papa Johns no complaints their the best

  Never got refund for item they never sent. Talked to someone on the phone on the day. They only said they would tell manager. Guess they never did.
